Rockstar previously announced an earlier 2026 date, but November 19, 2026 is the current official release date.

Important Physical Edition Information

Rockstar currently states that the physical version of Grand Theft Auto VI contains a digital download code inside the box rather than a game disc. The physical code-in-box version is scheduled to become available from November 12, 2026, allowing players to preload ahead of the November 19 launch.
