Story

The year is 2054.

Earth becomes caught in the middle of a catastrophic war between two powerful alien civilizations and is ultimately destroyed.

Humanity launches colony ships in a desperate attempt to preserve the species. One of these ships, the USS White Whale, survives the destruction of Earth but is eventually attacked and forced to crash-land on the unexplored planet Mira.

The survivors establish New Los Angeles, or NLA, as their new home.

You take control of a customizable survivor who joins BLADE, an organization dedicated to exploring Mira, protecting New Los Angeles, recovering missing survivors, and securing humanity's future.

But Mira is filled with enormous indigenous creatures, unexplored regions, mysterious alien civilizations, and secrets connected to humanity's arrival.
