Resolution & Refresh Rate

The CV0053 supports high-resolution and high-refresh-rate video modes for compatible equipment:

The source device, HDMI ports, and display must also support the selected resolution and refresh rate.

48Gbps HDMI 2.1 Bandwidth

The CV0053 supports bandwidth up to 48Gbps, significantly higher than the 18Gbps maximum associated with HDMI 2.0. This bandwidth enables demanding formats such as 8K@60Hz and 4K@120Hz.

Advanced Gaming Features

The cable supports several modern HDMI gaming technologies:

• VRR: Helps reduce tearing by synchronizing compatible displays with changing frame rates.
• ALLM: Allows compatible equipment to automatically select a low-latency mode.
• QFT: Designed to reduce transport latency.
• QMS: Helps improve transitions between compatible video modes.
• 4K@120Hz: Suitable for high-refresh console and PC gaming.

Durable Construction

The CV0053 features:

• Double nylon braid
• Aluminum alloy connector shells
• Gold-plated HDMI connectors

These features provide additional protection against everyday bending and wear while maintaining a durable connection.

Extra-Long 4.5-Meter Cable

• Cable Length: 4.5 meters
• Approximately 14.8 feet

The extended length makes it particularly useful when the console, gaming PC, AV receiver, or other source device is positioned farther away from the TV, monitor, or projector.

Important Note

To achieve 8K@60Hz, 4K@120Hz, or 2K@240Hz, the source device and display must also support the desired resolution and refresh rate.

Because this is an extra-long 4.5M HDMI cable, cable routing and additional adapters/switches can also affect signal reliability. JSAUX notes that longer HDMI connections and additional adapters can contribute to signal degradation in demanding display configurations.
